An IMEI is a phone's unique identifier that also contains information about a phone's brand and model. Including this information can help HansRepair quickly identify your model in order to give you accurate support for your device.

The fastest way to find your IMEI is by going to the phone's dialer and dialing:

Your phone should automatically display your IMEI.

 

If your device has two IMEI's, that means your phone either supports two physical SIM's or an eSIM. Simply submit the first IMEI, sometimes labelled IMEI1.
